With normal use of your patchwork rug, you will enjoy it for many years. We have been making these rugs for 11 years, and our customers still come by to tell us how happy they are with their rugs after all these years. If anything unusual happens, we repair those rugs in our workshop, and we never charge for it. But if 10 rugs have been returned in all those years, that's a lot. Our rugs are assembled by highly experienced fur seamstresses with gold thread. Our method is the strongest and most durable, guaranteeing you will enjoy your rug for a long time.

Lifetime warranty?
We won't give because that is completely unachievable, and we like to stay honest. We do offer lifelong service, as long as you remain loyal customers so we can continue to exist :-)
