returns & exchanges.
Fair and clear — as it should be. Here you can read per product type if exchange is possible, and how it works if you are in doubt or not satisfied.

Nevertheless, we want to clearly explain the rules to you beforehand, so you can order thoughtfully. The most important distinction: standard colors versus custom-made products.
Exchanges possible
White patchwork rugs
White rugs can always be exchanged if the result is not as expected.
Off-white patchwork rugs
Like the white version, off-white rugs can always be exchanged if they do not meet your expectations.
Melange patchwork rugs
Melange rugs can be exchanged if the result does not at all match the sample you ordered. Slight natural variations are inherent to the product and are not covered by exchange.
Not returnable
Colored rugs
Our colored rugs (camel and olive) are custom-made for you in the chosen color. Since all items are dyed in the same color and there are no natural color deviations, we cannot accept returns.
Very large rugs (3 × 4 m or larger)
Large rugs are completely custom-made for the individual customer. Because this is truly bespoke work, the right to exchange does not apply here.
Custom-ordered products
Any rug specifically made for you in a different size, color, or combination that is not standardly available online falls outside the right to exchange.
Mini patchwork rugs
Our mini rugs are produced individually to order from selected Icelandic fleeces. Therefore, the right to exchange does not apply here either.
How does an exchange work?
Let us know immediately. Send Marc a WhatsApp or email within a few days of receipt, with a photo of the rug and your comment.
Keep the rug clean and undamaged. We cannot accept returns of rugs that have been used, washed, or had hairs trimmed.
We will find a solution together. Often we come to an exchange for a different model or size — or in exceptional cases, a refund.
