When you buy a rug on our website, we always package it with great care. Depending on the location and delivery method, we ship it by post and/or deliver the rug to your home ourselves.

If you order a rug and prefer to pick it up yourself, that is certainly possible. To do so, you need to contact us in advance (+ 32 50 60 76 53) and then you can visit one of our stores to pick up your rug.

Yes, all our carpets are carefully handmade using the highest quality materials.

All our rugs are hand-sewn with our golden thread; this golden thread is, of course, only visible on the underside of our rugs. Besides the fantastic quality, this is also how you can recognise that the rug was made by Monroe Life.

Monroe Life and Oscar Luxury carpets and candles are available for purchase at retail outlets across Europe. Additionally, you are always welcome at one of our own stores in Knokke or Brasschaat.
