No shipping costs, no small print — within Belgium we deliver every rug to your door free of charge.
How it works
Delivered to your door
All online orders are delivered to your home free of charge within 2 to 4 weeks — as standard.
Collect in store
Prefer to collect it yourself? Select that option at checkout — you receive an e-mail when your rug is ready in Knokke.
Returns and the right of withdrawal
On everything you order directly from our webshop you have a statutory fourteen-day right of withdrawal from delivery, without giving a reason. Tell us at info@monroe.life or on WhatsApp with your order number; no photos are required. Then send the rug back within fourteen days, or bring it to our store in Knokke-Heist.
The direct cost of return shipping is yours; bringing it to the store is free. We refund within fourteen days of receiving the rug, using the same payment method as your order.
Rugs from 300 cm, round rugs and unusual shapes are made individually on request, to your own specifications. They therefore fall outside the statutory right of withdrawal. The full procedure is in our return policy; a made-to-measure rug is requested through the made-to-measure page.
